Topic: Show matched items only

Martin,
One suggestion, really low level, but a request nonetheless. When matching a spectrum to a sequence, could there be an option to show only the matches?

Hello Dan,
I agree with you, this would be nice option. Unfortunately it is not that easy to implement as it sounds (due to some inner architecture of the module). Another question is how to incorporate this option into UI - there is hardly any free space for additional button or so. ...but it's in my todo list anyway. :)

Hello Dan,
the feature you've requested is already implemented into the next mMass release. By right-clicking into the list of peptides/fragments/compounds you'll be able to choose from "Show All / Show Matched Only / Show Unmatched Only".
