I would like to recover my spectrum data from our mass spectrometer VitekMS bioMérieux.
Could you help me or is there any protocol to import in an excel sheet the m/z value and the intensity of pick from VitekMS to mMass?

I would like to compare a collection of spectra (same bacteria) but I did not know how to realize it.

The easier way is to import the data in excel.
