I have some particularly sparse spectra, akin to those produced from spectral predictions or from removing low abundance ions.  When I open this in mMass, it becomes clear that it doesn't plot this right.

From my own work, I would suggest that an 'impulse' plot (assuming baseline to measured point) would be more appropriate for a spectrum than lines from point to point.  Did I miss an option or is this the intended functionality?
