Topic: Exporting peak lists in batch mode

Hi,

I found mMass is a very useful software for processing mass spectra. I can upload multiple mass spectra data at the same time, and can process the multiple mass spectra data using batch processing function. However, when I export the peak list of processed data, I can't do it in a batch mode, I need to do it one by one.

I wonder if it is possible to add a function for exporting the peak lists of the multiple processed data in a batch mode.

Hi,
unfortunately the batch export is not supported yet. I recommend to batch process your data and open the export panel. Then select documents one-by-one and hit export button in the export panel.
