Topic: Displaying multiple spectra and the normalize intensity tool

Dear Martin and mMass team,
I work at the Center of Molecular Immunology in Havana, CUBA. We have been using mMass for a couple of years and we consider mMass as a great tool.
Now we are preparing a paper and I tried to visualize several spectra (5) in stacking form, using the Offset spectrum utility. This utility works perfectly, except when I used it at the same time that normalize intensity tool.
As I am displaying spectra with different intensities, I need to use the normalize intensity tool, but I found that this tools are incompatible when they are uses at the same time.

Please, there are some way to solve this inconvenient???

Dear Jose,
you are right, no intensity offset is applied if normalized view is used. However, you can use a little trick to do it. You can use data processing to normalize your spectra first (one by one or in a batch) than offset can be used.
