Topic: Combine scans

I'm doing ms/ms manually from nanospray infusion. I collect perhaps one minute of data for each selected peptide but during the fragmentation I usually change the collision energy somewhat in order to get several types of fragments. It would be nice to be able to combine the different scans into one spectrum. Any suggestions?

Hello,
are you interested in combining raw profile spectra or centroided data (peak lists)?

Hi, this feature is already implemented in the upcoming version but it is still not ready. Btw. could you please send me your data to test it? I will send you back the result - support(at)mmass.org
