Topic: Processing of *centroided* mzML files
Is it possible to work with centroided mzML files in mMass? I can't find anything concerning this subject in guide or here in forums.
Thank you.

Hi,
could you be more specific? You can do almost everything :-)

Hello, I have a couple of mzML files created in centroided mode, when I try to open them in mMass the software considers them as profile spectra. The spectra don't look like a number of sticks, but as a number of wide peaks corresponding to each isotopical cluster
Unfortunately, some of the converters don't retain the information about the data type. To repair it, just open your spectra and from the Processing menu choose Swap. You can use batch processing to swap multiple documents at a time.

Thank you. It works.
