Topic: Can I view ESI-MS data on mmass using compassxport?

I installed compassxport on my computer to try to process data from a Burker Micro-TOF instrument, which generates .baf files.
Although I have compassxport installed when I try to open the .baf file on mmass I get an error message that says "Make sure the Bruker's compassxport tools is installed on this computer".

does anyone have any suggestions on dealing with this? also, will this compassxport program actually allow me to view the data or is it going to be a line graph instead like when using mzXML?

Hi,
Unfortunately, the latest compassxport seems not to be compatible with mMass. You need to do the conversion manually.

I have no experience with the latest compassxport. There should be some documentarion along the installed exe file.
