Topic: want to copy gel image

Hello, I like this software.
I am using this in Win, and I want to copy the gel image and paste onto Powerpoint or save in any editable forms like JPG or TIFF.
Also I want to do baseline subtraction and smoothing for many files at a time.
I open Bruker files, and I want to import many files from a folder at a time.
I will appreciate if you would support these functions.

Oh I want to open Bruker files in MacOSx. If it is difficult, I would like to import ascii files exported from FlexAnalysis(Bruker).

Thank you very much.

Use the Export -> Spectrum Image function then cut the gel in your favorite image editor.

Unfortunately, there is no batch processing tool available. Maybe in a future versions.

Use drag-n-drop with your spectra folders (one folder must contain just one spectrum).

Well... ask Bruker to release CompassXport tool for MacOS X. :-) or use mMass on your acquisition computer to re-save your data into mSD format.
