Hi

I am a new users for mMass. I tried to match the peptide fragment ions in our ETD spectrum using mMass. But I noticed that mMass only calculate the Z ions, which generally won't be observed in ETD analysis. In our ETD spectrum, we observed a lot of Z+1 ions instead of Z ions. I am wondering if there is a way to calculate the Z+1 ions using mMass and match to the ETD spectrum. Thanks in advance.
