What a wonderful tool you have created.
I typically use mMass for MALDI data but recently started looking at lcms data with peptide mapping using reversed phase.
As a consequence, the HPLC indices became important  in order to preempt the elution succession of peptides. However, sadly, hPLC indices are not included on the digestion tool on mMass. I think this would be another feather in the cap of your wonderful tool.
