Topic: Bruker TOF/TOF data conversion

I have installed the Bruker CompassXport application for bringing Bruker data directly into mMass and it works fine for TOF data. I can not, however, get it to accept "LIFT" data, the TOF/TOF data from the Bruker UltrafleXtreme instrument. Any thoughts?

Hello Dan,
maybe CompassXport doesn't support it. I don't have any experience with this instrument (we had the Ultraflex III). Can you try to use it without mMass if it's able to convert your data? Could you then send me the result file?
