is it possible in mmass to integrate peaks or some area of interest?

Hi,
go to View -> Spectrum Ruler and ensure Area is checked. Select the Spectrum Ruler tool (down in the bottom toolbar or via menu) and drag the mouse around the area/peak you want to measure. Calculated area is shown in the spectrum ruler info (bottom toolbar). Please note, that current baseline settings (from the Processing panel) is automaticaly applied/subtracted.

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate all peaks from a mzXLM file, but I dont' know if the spectrum ruler tool does that for all the peaks or I need it to do it peak by peak. Could you tell me if there's any form to do that, and also, if that information is saved like a text file or any other form or should I registered that information?

Can you help me with the last post I did, i really need to know if there's something I can do for integrate all peaks from a spectrum at the same time, or I need it to do peak by peak.

unfortunately, you have to do it manually peak by peak.
