Topic: Calculation of resolution

Hey there,

I want to compare data that was processed by Bruker's Data Analysis with data generated by mmass. I use mmass version 5.5.0. I would like to know how exactly mmass is calculating the resolution of a peak. Is it calculated on the basis of the FWHM?

Hi Carsten,
yes, it is calculated from FWHM and m/z
