Topic: peptide modification

Hello,
I do not know how difficult it could be but it would be nice to be able to apply modifications to peptides after cleavage.  For instance, if you digest a protein and label the resulting peptides at the N-terminal residue.  Is it possible?  Thanks.

Hi Pino,
yes, it is possible. All you have to do is to define a new enzyme and to put you modification formula into enzyme definition.
