Topic: Spectrum generator

Hello :-).
Sometimes I have to looking for certain peaks on the different spectra. The simplest way for me to do it, is just to generate artificial one, and view it with the one from the experiment.
Could be the possibility of just simply copy and paste the value from the excell file?
Not to write down every value?

Hi,
once you have your data (m/z and intensity columns) in the clipboard, just go to the menu File -> New from Clipboard. New document will be created containing your data.

Since mMass assumes your data represent profile spectrum, you would need to convert them into peak list. To do so, go to the menu Processing -> Swap Data.
